Yeasteria Bit

We traffic Thirst to let you discover who researches and invests time and passion for fermentation. We offer a direct encounter with the producers, in front of a glass and a bottle. We will make different stories meet, disparities vanish, hypocrisy fades away and Genuineness will find its expression.

Write us, tell us what catches your eye the most. Do you prefer beer to wine, or the other way round? We will take you to brewmasters in Padua, Venice and Vicenza. You will see factories between the Colli Berici, the Euganean Hills, Colli Veronesi and Colli Trevigiani. We don’t sell ready-made packages, everything is custom-made for you, according to your level of preparation and curiosity.

A typical day

Esmeralda and Jacopo, the drink educators, meet you at around 9.00 AM welcoming you while briefly previewing the upcoming day. Your private driver accompanies you through this journey. There will be tales and explanations regarding the cellar or brewery of your destination.

Once you get to the first factory (cellar or brewery), you start a guided tour of the production facilities, and the surrounding vineyard, together with the producer. While talking, you get to the core of the topics: fermentation techniques, differences between products and agricultural philosophy.

At the end of your visit, the highlight of the day: a complete tasting. You will try the whole line of our fermented drinks (wine or beer). The producer illustrates the techniques, the raw materials used and the reasons for these choices.

A seasonal display of our local gastronomy. You will be able to create new combinations and experiment in deep the ecstatic phase of wine tasting. Drinking is just as great as eating, and here at Yeasteria we never draw back. Do you?

It’s 14.00, and the first tasting is over. Is one morning not enough? Are you still thirsty or curious? No problem! You can take up to two guided tours and have two tastings in a day. The morning schedule is repeated in the afternoon. In this case, the tour ends at around 19.00.
